About Carter Owers Studio

With over 20 years of experience designing award-winning spaces, Carter Owers Studio was founded by interior designer Hannah Carter Owers in 2019.

Prior to launching her own interior design studio, Hannah was co-director for 11 years at Universal Design Studio, the architecture and interiors arm of Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby’s acclaimed design practice.

With a focus on creative direction and concept work, Hannah has developed many creative and commercially successful concepts for a raft of world-famous institutions and iconic brands including British Airways, Selfridges, Fortnum & Mason and Victoria & Albert Museum.

Current projects for Hannah and the team include a new showroom in New York for premium British bed maker Savoir, the London headquarters for a leading British luxury brand, a barn conversion in Southwest France, interior design of the monument-status Livery Hall for the Worshipful Company of Skinners and 60,000 square feet of events and dining space, meeting and conference rooms, display galleries and residential apartments as part of the new 50 Fenchurch Street development.
